Agreement to Terms and Conditions
Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. welcomes you to Ultra-Broadband Forum (UBBF) 2017. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the website located at http://www.huawei.com/en/events/ubbf2017, and all associated sites or apps linked to  http://www.huawei.com/en/events/ubbf2017 by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates concerning Ultra-Broadband Forum (UBBF) 2017 (collectively, the "Website"). Free Wi-Fi Connectivity
Huawei will provide free Wi-Fi connectivity at UBBF 2017, but will not guarantee availability or assume any responsibility for damages or losses incurred by use. Unauthorized access or use of Wi-Fi at UBBF 2017 may result in the interruption of your access, violation of these Terms, and/or civil or criminal penalties. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Huawei harmless from any alleged or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or resulting from the way in which you use the free Wi-Fi at UBBF 2017.
Code of Conduct
During UBBF 2017, or in the three preceding days, you shall not plan, attend, or otherwise participate in other events which are not located at the UBBF 2017 venue or encourage attendees to leave the UBBF 2017 venue. If you fail to comply with the foregoing Code of Conduct, Huawei reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove you from UBBF 2017 without assuming any liability.
You may volunteer or be freely invited to participate in demonstrations or exhibitions during the course of UBBF 2017, and such participation shall be entirely at your own risk. Huawei does not require you to take part in such demonstrations or exhibits. Huawei is not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses you may suffer as a consequence of participating in such demonstrations or exhibitions, other than to the extent that such injuries, damages, or losses are caused by Huawei's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Force Majeure
For the purpose of these Terms, Force Majeure refers to an impediment beyond Huawei's control. Huawei could not have been expected to take the impediment and its effects upon its ability to perform into account at the time of the conclusion of the Terms; and Huawei could not reasonably have avoided or overcome the Force Majeure or its effects. Force Majeure includes but is not limited to earthquakes, floods, typhoons, fires, wars, act of terrorism, diseases or pandemics, the propagation of viruses, airline cancellations, strikes, lock-outs, and failures by third parties to deliver products or services. In the event of Force Majeure, Huawei will not be held responsible for any damages, increased costs, or losses which you may incur due to such failures or delays of performances. Huawei will take appropriate measures to minimize or remove the effects of Force Majeure and, within the shortest possible time, attempt to resume performance of the obligation(s) affected by Force Majeure.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnify Agreement
By registering for or attending UBBF 2017, You hereby agree that You understand and agree to release and hold harmless Huawei, its agents, and contractors from any alleged or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees arising or resulting from Your participation in UBBF 2017 and supporting activities, violation of these Terms, violation of any laws or regulations, or violation of any proprietary or privacy rights, including but not limited to property damage and personal injury, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
If you fail to comply with any of these Terms or any other reasonable requests made by Huawei, Huawei reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove you from UBBF 2017. Once you are removed from UBBF 2017, You shall not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees, travel or hotel costs, or any other expenses.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that Huawei and its agent have no control over independent suppliers who provides services as a part of UBBF 2017. Accordingly, you agree to release Huawei and its agent from any and all liabilities, losses, or injuries arising or resulting from the actions or omissions of independent suppliers in connection with UBBF 2017, or from any other causes beyond the control of Huawei and its agent.
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will Huawei be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if Huawei has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
The Terms shall take effect as of the Effective Date of Your acceptance and shall expire upon the conclusion of UBBF 2017. Parties' rights and obligations, which by their nature would continue beyond the termination or expiration of the Terms, shall include but shall not be limited to those contained in INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, PHOTOGRAPH TERMS & CONDITIONS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFY AGREEMENT and any other parts of the Terms which expressly or by implication shall survive termination for any reasons or expiration. Huawei reserves the right to terminate these Terms or PREVENT YOU FROM ENTERING UBBF 2017 VENUE with immediate effect by written notice to Your registered e-mail address, at any time.
Disclaimers
The Content contained on the Website and Services ordered through the Website are provided to you "as is". Huawei does not provide any express warranties or guarantees. Huawei excludes any implied warranties or merchantability. HUAWEI DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS.
Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire understanding between Huawei and You concerning UBBF 2017 hereof and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, and representations, whether oral or written, express or implied. However, there may be legal notices listed on other areas of the Website that relate to Content and the ordering of Products and Services, all of which will, together with these Terms, govern Your knowledge of Content and the ordering of Products and Services.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising in connection with or in relation to the Terms of negotiation, performance, breach, existence or validity, whether contractual or tortious, shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without reference or regard to principles of conflicts of law and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Long Gang District in Shenzhen, Guangdong for lawsuit. In the event that any parts of the Terms are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect any other parts hereof, and the Terms shall be construed as if the invalidated or unenforceable part had not been contained herein.
General
The Terms are signed in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Huawei is not responsible for any losses or damages that are unforeseeable or beyond Huawei's control. Losses or damages are foreseeable if they are an obvious consequence of a breach of contract by Huawei, or if they were contemplated by You and Huawei at the time the Parties entered into the Terms.
You hereby understand and agree that pursuant to safety and other regulations, certain activities, presentations, seminars, or sub-events ("Sub-events") within UBBF 2017 will only be subject to certain designed visitors. Without competent authorization or invitation, You shall not be permitted entry and Huawei reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any part of the UBBF 2017 venue to any entity or individual.
No delay on the part of Huawei in exercising any of its rights hereunder or failure to exercise these rights, nor the acquiescence or knowledge there to shall operate as a release or waiver with the exception of specific instances in which it is expressly given. None of the parts, conditions, or provisions of the Terms shall be held to have been changed, waived, varied, modified or altered by any act or knowledge of You.

YOU WARRANT AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE CAREFULLY READ ALL ABOVE TERMS. BY CLICKING "I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO HUAWEI'S PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS" AND CLICKING "REGISTER", YOU SIGNED THE TERMS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND ARE CAPABLE AND LEGALLY QUALIFIED TO AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND TO INDEMNIFY HUAWEI FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.
